RESERVATIONS should be made well in advance to assure availability. A deposit of 30% of the contract amount will confirm your reservation. This fee is non refundable unless written notice is given two weeks prior to delivery. The remaining balance will be due on the day of delivery.  Payment by cash or check, no credit cards.

The amount is subject to Mass sales tax unless the customer provides us with their tax exempt number, if applicable.

• Tent Permit is the responsibility of the customer. However, we will obtain permits for a fee if the client so wishes.
• We are not responsible for damages to any underground pipes, wires or systems.  Call Dig Safe (811)  at least one week prior to installation.
• NO tiki lights within 100 feet of tent.  Soot leaves permanent marks.  Fee charged if damaged.
•  NO tape or staples are to be used on the tents, tables or chairs.
• Table and chair rentals are tailgate delivery. — Fee charged for set-up
• Security is the responsibility of the customer.
• Missing and damaged articles will be charged to the customer.
