When is the tent usually installed?
Tent installation timing depends on crew routing, weather conditions, event size, and scheduling logistics. Many tents are installed 1–3 days before the event to ensure adequate setup time and flexibility around weather conditions. We coordinate directly with customers before delivery.
What surfaces can tents be installed on?
Tents are most commonly installed on grass, but some tents can also be installed on pavement or other surfaces depending on the setup requirements. Let us know the surface type when requesting a quote so we can recommend the best option.
What happens if it rains?
Tents provide protection from normal weather conditions, but severe weather and high winds can still affect outdoor events. We monitor forecasts closely and may adjust installation timing if weather conditions require it.
Do I need to know the exact tent size before contacting you?
No. Most customers do not know the exact tent size they need, and that is completely normal. We can help determine the right setup based on your guest count, event type, seating layout, and available space.
